Payment can be made using any major credit or debit card and goods will be posted 1st class recorded delivery using Royal Mail services. Goods should arrive with you within 10 working days.

Packaging and postage is charged at cost  and you will receive first class advice and service from a member of staff in our retail premises (So feel free to ask as many questions as you want.)

Royal Mail charges can be found on the Royal Mail Website but most over the phone orders cost between £1.50 and £10.00. We are happy to verify this before your order is paid for.

* Items heavier than 750g cannot be sent Second Class.

All international purchases may be subject to additional charges depending on weight and destination. You will be contacted once postage for your items have been calculated. A full refund will be accepted on confirmation of postage charges, if you are unhappy with the cost.

We prefer overseas customers to buy recorded delivery postage for every order. We can not guarrantee items sent overseas without recorded delivery postage certificate. This is also charged at cost.
